Dear Guests,
This house policy was created to ensure a pleasant and restful stay for all of our guests and to avoid any potential misunderstandings. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read this document. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the house rules.
We do everything we can to make your stay joyful and smooth. To help with that, please take note of and observe the following rules.
Check-in – Check-out Information
Before arrival and departure, and during your stay, if you have any questions or issues related to the use of the apartment, please feel free to call or write anytime (24-hour on-call service):

The apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. 50% of the total price is due upon reservation, and the remaining 50% is due two days before arrival.
If cleaning is finished earlier, the apartment may be occupied before 4:00 PM. In this case, please let us know your intention for early arrival in advance by email.
On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. Extensions may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving that day or the following day. The cost of such extension will be communicated via phone or email.
If requested, the host or their representative will meet you at the property at the agreed arrival/departure time.
The rental fee includes utilities, bedding with covers, weekly linen change for stays longer than one week, and final cleaning.
Tourist Tax
All guests over 18 years of age staying in the apartment must pay the tourist tax, as regulated by local municipal law. If it has not already been paid, the tax is due upon arrival at the property.
Use of the Apartment
Guests must use the apartment’s equipment, furnishings, and accessories properly and preserve their condition. It is forbidden to remove furnishings, textiles, or toys from the apartment. Please do not move or remove decorative items or pictures.
If any of these items are damaged or missing, the guest is required to cover the cost.
The apartment does not provide an iron, ironing board, shoe care kit, or sewing kit.
Before leaving, please ensure that all lights and air conditioning are turned off and that water taps are closed. Doors and windows should be locked when leaving the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Cleaning and Laundry
The apartment is handed over in a cleaned state. During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment’s order and cleanliness.
For stays longer than one week, we provide one cleaning and linen change per week.
Visitors
Only registered guests may stay in the apartment, with the exception of brief visits or social calls. In other cases, an additional accommodation fee will be charged, or we reserve the right to terminate the booking for all guests without a refund.
The host is entitled to check at any time, without prior notice, whether the number of people in the apartment corresponds to the registered and paid number of guests.
Safety
We do not take responsibility for any valuables left unattended anywhere on the property. When leaving the apartment, please make sure to close the front door and balcony doors to prevent theft or storm damage.
It is prohibited to store flammable or explosive materials in the apartment or to use personal coffee machines, hotplates, or irons.
The apartment, common areas, and stairs are used at one’s own risk. It is strictly forbidden to sit, stand, climb, or hang on railings or windows!
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property, including rooms, common areas, balconies, and other covered spaces.
The smoking ban applies to all tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), and all other smoking or vaporizing devices.
Violating this rule will result in a special cleaning fee of 50,000 HUF, which covers professional cleaning, deodorization, and air quality restoration.
If the smoking ban is violated, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately evict the Guest from the property without prior warning. In this case, no refund will be issued for the reservation.
The fee must be paid within 8 days after departure. If not paid, the Service Provider has the right to enforce the claim through legal means.
Code of Conduct
Any behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security, or privacy of others on the property is strictly forbidden, regardless of the time of day. Harassment includes actions that may intimidate or offend others. The use of drugs or other mind-altering substances and related activities are strictly prohibited.
The owners of the apartment disclaim all liability for any harm caused by a guest’s irresponsible behavior to themselves or other guests.
Please respect the peace of neighboring homes at all times, especially after 10:00 PM. The apartment is rented for accommodation purposes only. For loud entertainment, there are plenty of venues nearby. In the case of noise, loud music, or other violations of the house rules, the guest may be removed from the property immediately without a refund.
Please protect all furnishings. Any damage caused by negligence or intentionally must be compensated by the guest. In case of damage, the responsible party or their legal guardian/companion must pay for it. In the event of a lost key, the guest must report it immediately and pay either the 10,000 HUF replacement fee or the cost of a lock change.
Key Collection and Return
Upon arrival, you will find the apartment key in the key box next to the door. Upon departure, please return the key to the same location.
The owner is happy to provide information about local attractions and programs. Please feel free to ask.
WiFi Usage
The WiFi network is hidden. You can connect by scanning the QR code (see printed copy in the apartment). Since cable internet is not available in the area, WiFi is provided via mobile internet. Due to the nature of the location, connection speed may vary.
Currently, the network is served by a single router located in the large apartment—please do not turn it off!
Reporting Issues / On-Call Assistance
If you have any questions or issues regarding the apartment during your stay, please inform the host representative immediately.

As with any household, malfunctions can happen without the guest’s fault. If you notice anything abnormal, please report it to the host via phone or email to prevent serious damage. Guests are not allowed to fix or attempt to fix issues on their own.
